Fireside Chat with TMAC Fitness

Today’s fireside chat is with a close friend of mine Todd McCollough.  This episode is short but necessary if you have ADHD because it focuses on what exercise can do for the brain.  Todd developed a program called TMAC fitness (https://www.tmacfitness.com) which caters to the ADHD brain more than any other I have found.  His workouts are under 20 minutes and you can do them from anywhere..with no equipment...all you have to have.. is a phone.  What is most beneficial about TMAC fitness is the mindset... “if you want to get out of your mind, get into your body.” If you have ADHD, wouldn't it be nice to do this every once in a while considering our minds never stop?  Be motivated to literally hit the "play" button to exersice everyday...I can tell you it works.  Enjoy listening to Lobow & TMAC in this episode that is just as short as the workouts he has developed.
